Tucked away on the border of Monmouthshire and Powys, this 3-bed cottage is North-facing with fantastic features both inside and out. Previously two cottages, it was left to ruin but rebuilt from the original stone that was still on site a number of years ago, and made into one single home.
 
The decor is classic family country cottage, with an artistic african twist. Sculptures and artwork are dotted around the property both inside and out. The unusual bathroom features a wooden bath surround, and there are original beams, woodburner, doors and flagstone floors throughout. With the original stone spiral staircases still in place and accessible, there is the possibility of utilising these for practical action on camera.
 
Outside, the views down the valley are phenomenal, often leaving the location above the famous 'Dragon's Breath' clouds. The stone bothy bar in the garden adds a touch of playfulness, and is one of two stone outbuildings in the gardens. The surrounding woodland and hillside burst into carpets of spring flowers and bluebells each year, with the house also being encapsulated with virginia creeper plant during the summer months. 
 
The owners and neighbours are well used to large gatherings, and there is a surprising amount of room to facilitate vehicles when combined with neighbouring farmers field/driveway.
