An expansive sheep farm with woodland, streams, a farmhouse and even a mountain thrown in!
This enormous 140 acre farm is just waiting for a production to come and get imaginative! With stunning views across the valley and into the National Park, there is SO much room to get creative here. Set along a good single track lane, there is ample space for vehicles in the farmyard, and the possibility of further landscaping to accommodate units. Features include a static caravan, farmhouse and a number of barns and stables. The land itself is diverse and interesting, with fields, streams and woodland of all shapes and sizes - this is a spot that could serve as many different story locations.
The livestock includes a range of breeds of sheep, including the famous hardy Herdwicks and keep your eyes out for the adorable little ponies who graze behind the farmhouse (just watch out - they're cheeky and regularly attempt to make their escape!).
The farmhouse is in the process of being finished inside, with the other half of the stone building currently being converted into a boujie holiday let (pictures incoming when this is finished). The farmhouse is a great family home, and it's proximity to the farmyard is unusual but very useful we'd say.
This is a fantastic location, with more to offer than we could ever capture in just photos. With owners that are interested in filming, and willing to accomodate a range of requests, we can't wait to see what happens here.
