Bay Studios is not quite your traditional studio facility, but with this comes the opportunity to utilise vast industrial spaces with texture and scale both in front of and behind the camera. 
 
With a number of offices, both small and open plan there is space to base here. There is also a costume workroom, warehouse/studio space of various sizes and waterproofness, prop stores and internal offices within the studios. A brucey bonus here is the train that sits on tracks on the concourse - accessible via ladder should you need a train interior. This large concrete area also provides a great home for Unit Bases of all sizes. 
 
Swansea is the jumping off point for both the Gower and West Wales, and as such is perfectly placed for coastal filming with the added bonus of the city-scape of Swansea city itself.
